Recents automatically tracks and lists the last 20 recently accessed documents and folders for quick retrieval. Accessible from the portal home or sidebar, it helps resume work without searching.
How Recents Works:
Items populate based on open/view actions across all folders, integrated or regular.
- Auto-Added: Last 20 unique items; timestamps shown.
- Personal: User-specific; clears on logout or manually.
- No Duplicates: Recent overrides older same-item access.
